Sometimes the word is gone and the sentence works anyway.

You point. You pause. You say it. Somehow everybody keeps up.

Wear it yourself. Or give it to the friend who has never once finished a sentence.

If you know, you kuan.

What the design carries

Three kuans, stacked and knocked out of register. Not a printing mistake. That is how it actually sounds when somebody is hunting for a word and refuses to stop talking while they look.

Kuan is the message: you do not need the right word to be understood. You need the right listener.

Because half a sentence between the right two people is still a whole conversation.

Ah. Kuan.
