Suroy Wear is a premium travel and lifestyle apparel brand born in Cebu, Philippines. We design high-quality, sustainable clothing inspired by island culture, Filipino identity, and the spirit of movement. Every piece is made for explorers, dreamers, and storytellers rooted in the islands and worn for the road ahead.

What are Suroy Wear shirts made of?
Our shirts are made with 100% hypoallergenic organic cotton that is soft, breathable, and sustainably sourced. Designed for comfort, durability, and everyday wear wherever the journey takes you.
How do I find my size?
Check the Size Chart on every product page for detailed measurements. If you're between sizes, size up for a more comfortable fit.
We recommend measuring your favorite tee and comparing it to our chart for the best fit.
How do I care for my Suroy Wear?
- Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors
- Use mild detergent. No bleach
- Tumble dry low or hang dry for best results
- Iron inside out and never directly on prints
- Do not dry clean

Can I modify or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. Email us immediately at orders@suroywear.com and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships. After 12 hours, your order may already be on its way, but reach out anyway and we'll help however we can.
Do you accept orders from outside the Philippines?
Yes! Visit our global store at suroywear.co for international orders, international shipping options, and USD pricing.

Whether local or overseas, here’s how and when your adventure arrives.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 1–3 business days for processing after your order is placed. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro Manila & Cebu: 3–5 business days
- Other areas in Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao: 3–7 business days
During new collection drops or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer but we'll always keep you updated.
Can I order from outside the Philippines?
Yes! We ship internationally through our global store at suroywear.co. Visit us there for worldwide shipping options, international payment methods, and USD pricing.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow its journey. If you haven't received tracking details within a few days, email us at orders@suroywear.com and we'll sort it out.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Enjoy free shipping on all orders over ₱1,500.
Can I send Suroy Wear as a gift?
Absolutely. Just leave a note at checkout or email us at orders@suroywear.com right after ordering and we'll arrange gift-ready packaging, a custom note, and remove any pricing slips.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Email us at orders@suroywear.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process and make it right.
Do you offer refunds?

What if my order is delayed beyond 30 days?
If your order is delayed beyond 30 days from purchase, you may request a full refund or choose an alternative item. Contact us at returns@suroywear.com and we'll take care of you.
