Refund policy

We get it. Sometimes a size doesn't feel quite right, or a change of heart happens. At Suroy Wear, we want you to love what you wear. That's why we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

✅ TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN

  • ✓  Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • ✓  Tags and packaging should be intact
  • ✓  Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

📬 HOW TO START A RETURN

  1. Email us at returns@suroywear.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. We'll walk you through the return process and provide return instructions.
  3. Customers shoulder the return shipping cost.
  4. Please wait for our confirmation email before sending back any item. We operate multiple fulfillment centers and want to make sure your return gets to the right place.
Please note: Items sent back without prior coordination will not be accepted.

🚫 WHAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT

  • ✗  Personalized or custom items
  • ✗  Gift cards and final sale items
  • ✗  Discounted or marked-down products

If you're unsure about a specific product, message us before placing your order. We're happy to help.

⚠️ DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS

If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, please take a photo and reach out to returns@suroywear.com as soon as you open your parcel. We'll make it right.

🔄 EXCHANGES

Want to swap for a different size or style? The quickest way is:

  1. Process a return for your current item.
  2. Once approved, place a new order separately.

💼 RESTOCKING FEE

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your total refund. This helps us keep things moving sustainably.

⏱️ ORDER DELAYS & REFUNDS

If your order is unexpectedly delayed for over 30 days due to production or fulfillment issues, you may request a full refund by emailing us. We'll process it promptly or offer an alternative if preferred.

💳 WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

  • ✓  Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the status.
  • ✓  If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • ✓  Banks or card providers may take a bit longer to post the refund to your account.
If it's been over 15 business days and you haven't received your refund, reach out to us at returns@suroywear.com and we'll sort it out.

🌏 SHOPPING FROM OUTSIDE THE PHILIPPINES?

If you're ordering from the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days, no questions asked. Items must be in original condition with proof of purchase.
