We ship from Cebu and Manila, nationwide and worldwide.

Order processing time

We keep our runs small and deliberate. Everything is made in the Philippines and checked by hand before it ships from Cebu or Manila. Allow 1 to 3 business days before your parcel ships, a little longer during peak seasons and new drops.

Domestic shipping

We ship nationwide through trusted courier partners. From Batanes to Tawi-Tawi, wherever you are in the archipelago, we will get your order to you.

Metro Manila and Cebu: 3 to 5 business days
Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao: 3 to 7 business days
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and service

Free shipping on all orders ₱1,500 and above.

Couriers we work with

LBC, SPX and J&T, non COD. Standard nationwide delivery.
Lalamove and Grab Express. Rush and next day delivery where available, for Metro Manila and Cebu City.

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Track it directly on the courier's website.

Gifting

Sending a Suroy Wear piece as a gift? Request gift ready packaging or a custom note at checkout, then email orders@suroywear.com right after ordering to confirm.

We can remove invoices and pricing tags on request.

Lost, delayed, or damaged

If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us and we will assist with the courier claim.

Delays happen, particularly with weather and peak periods. We will help however we can.

If something arrives damaged or tampered with, email orders@suroywear.com within 48 hours with clear photos and we will make it right.

Shipping restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO and FPO addresses. Some products may not be eligible for certain delivery areas. Contact us if you have concerns.
