📦 ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • ✓  Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.
  • ✓  During peak seasons or new collection drops, this may extend slightly. We promise it's worth the wait.
  • 🏝️  Orders may ship from our Cebu or Manila hub depending on stock availability whichever gets it to you fastest.

🇵🇭 DOMESTIC SHIPPING (PHILIPPINES)

We ship nationwide via trusted courier partners. Wherever you are in the archipelago, from Batanes to Tawi-Tawi, we'll get your order to you.

  • ✓  Metro Manila & Cebu: 3–5 business days
  • ✓  Other Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao areas: 3–7 business days
  • ✓  Shipping costs calculated at checkout based on destination and selected service

  • ✓  Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
  • ✓  Track your order directly on the courier's website using your tracking number.

🎁 GIFTING REQUESTS

Sending a Suroy Wear piece as a gift? We've got you covered because gifting is personal and we want it to feel that way.

  • ✓  Request gift-ready packaging or a custom note at checkout
  • ✓  Email us at orders@suroywear.com right after ordering to confirm your request
  • ✓  We can remove invoices or pricing tags upon request

⚠️ LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your shipment hits a snag, we've got your back.

  • 📦  Lost Packages: If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, contact us and we'll assist with courier claims.
  • ⏱️  Delayed Deliveries: Delays happen, especially with weather or peak periods but we'll help however we can.
  • 🔧  Damaged Items: If something arrives damaged or tampered with, email us at orders@suroywear.com within 48 hours with clear photos and we'll make it right.

🚫 SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • ✓  We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • ✓  Some products may not be eligible for certain delivery areas. Contact us if you have concerns.
